Produsele finite sunt furnizate \u00een principal c\u0103tre IKEA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru a face fa\u021b\u0103 mai multor modele ale produselor de mobilier IKEA, clientul D s-a g\u00e2ndit s\u0103 foloseasc\u0103 un nou stil de procesare pentru produc\u021bie din 2020, deoarece echipamentele din fabrica lor la acea vreme nu mai puteau satisface nevoile de produc\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen 2 ani, clientul a achizi\u021bionat 5 seturi de ma\u0219ini automate de t\u0103iat cu laser pentru \u021bevi metalice \u0219i profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/stevistech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/bulgaria-ikea-supplier-factory.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1102\" style=\"width:840px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.stevistech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/bulgaria-ikea-supplier-factory.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.stevistech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/bulgaria-ikea-supplier-factory-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.stevistech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/bulgaria-ikea-supplier-factory-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2nd clientul a descoperit c\u0103 productivitatea, eficien\u021ba \u0219i rata de calificare a produsului de t\u0103iere cu laser au crescut, a luat \u00een considerare utilizarea automatiz\u0103rii \u00een modulul de sudare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clientul ne-a trimis special c\u00e2teva mostre de cadru de pat supraetajat pentru testare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De\u0219i clientul sper\u0103 ca toate echipamentele de produc\u021bie s\u0103 fie convertite la procesare cu laser, consider\u0103m c\u0103 structura cadrului patului supraetajat trebuie s\u0103 fie puternic\u0103 deoarece este folosit\u0103 pentru copii.
