{"id":1416,"date":"2024-12-18T18:08:46","date_gmt":"2024-12-18T10:08:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.stevistech.com\/?post_type=case&#038;p=1416"},"modified":"2024-12-18T18:08:46","modified_gmt":"2024-12-18T10:08:46","slug":"laser-technology-elevated-steel-structure-singapore","status":"publish","type":"case","link":"https:\/\/www.stevistech.com\/sl\/case\/laserska-tehnologija-dvignjena-jeklena-konstrukcija-singapur\/","title":{"rendered":"U\u010dinkovitost preoblikovanja: Kako je laserska tehnologija dvignila podjetje za jeklene konstrukcije v Singapurju"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Customer L s sede\u017eem v Singapurju in proizvodnim obratom v Maleziji je vodilno podjetje na podro\u010dju jeklenih konstrukcij in obdelave kovinskih gradbenih materialov. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Specializirani so za in\u017eeniring monta\u017enih jeklenih konstrukcij, njihovi izdelki pa se pogosto uporabljajo v poslovnih kompleksih in izobra\u017eevalnih zgradbah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sprva se je za obdelavo zana\u0161alo na ve\u010d stiskalnic za luknjanje, s \u0161iritvijo poslovanja pa se je podjetje soo\u010dalo z nara\u0161\u010dajo\u010dimi zahtevami po vi\u0161ji kakovosti in hitrej\u0161i dostavi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Omejitve tradicionalnih metod so jih spodbudile k raziskovanju napredne laserske tehnologije, kljub znatnim za\u010detnim nalo\u017ebam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da bi izpolnili te zahteve, smo zagotovili 6000 W zmogljiv laserski stroj za rezanje cevi. Izvedli so usposabljanje za namestitev, kalibracijo in vzdr\u017eevanje za naro\u010dnikovo tehni\u010dno ekipo, kar je zagotovilo nemoten prehod na novo tehnologijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
