Client S is a furniture manufacturing company specializing in the production of various furniture products including tables, chairs, sofas and components, etc. The factory covers an area of about 40000 square meters.

Before the introduction of automation equipment, their production lines mainly relied on manual operations, which were inefficient and prone to human errors.

The high defective and non-conforming rate makes them have to face the following problems:

1. Low efficiency: Due to the dependence on manual operation, the production speed is slow and cannot meet customer needs.
2. Quality control: manual operation can easily lead to unstable product quality, and there is a risk of human error.
